What is Soma's return policy?

Soma's sales associates will be happy to help you with your return at any one of our Soma Intimates boutiques. If your purchase was made at a Soma Intimates Outlet, we can help you at any Soma Intimates Outlet. Make a Return by Mail

If you prefer to send your return by mail, please affix the Prepaid Return Shipping Label that we provided, along with your invoice, to the box and drop off your package in the U.S. mail. Please note that when we receive your return, we'll deduct $7.00 from your refund for handling fees.

I just ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments? Yes, we do issue sale price adjustments. However, your order must have been placed no more than 14 days before the price change was made. Please have your invoice number ready and contact our Customer Service department at 1.866.768.7662 to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment.
