How You Can Help Us Get the Delivery Right Give us the recipients full street address and telephone number. We will validate every address and even give you the option to bypass the returned address if you do not think it is correct. We ask that you please bypass carefully, as carriers do charge us fees when the delivery address is incorrect. Carriers will often leave the package at the front door if no one is home to receive the package. Our safe packaging allows our products to keep deliciously fresh. Whenever you send a Shari's Berries perishable package, it helps to send a note letting them know that something sweet is coming their way.

Delivery Restrictions Because our carriers do not pick up on Saturday or Sunday, Sundays and Mondays are not available delivery days. Orders will be delivered Tuesday through Saturday. Orders for delivery in the Sacramento area may be delivered on Monday. Our carriers do not deliver on New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or the day following these holidays. Our carriers are also closed on 4th July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and as a result cannot delivery the day following these holidays.
