Your order will be held for 24 hours to allow for any last minute changes to be made unless you click the bypass hold time link in your email confirmation. The next business day after the 24 hours have passed your order will then be sent to our manufacturing facility. Most custom orders are shipped in 5-7 business days, but please refer to the individual product and locate the production information tab for the most up to date estimate on production time. Orders are shipped UPS or FedEx ground, so please allow 3-5 days after shipment to receive your order

We strongly recommend that you order free samples prior to placing the order. For this reason, SelectBlinds.com will send a coupon to receive 30% off of your order with every FREE sample order. So, even if we are not having a sale when you receive the samples, you will still receive 30% off. We do not want you to feel rushed in placing the order to get the discount.
