Rack Attack will refund most items if returned with the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories within 30 days of purchase, less a 15% restocking fee. In the case that Rack Attack was at fault then the restocking fee will be waived. Refunds may only be credited back to the original purchaser and will be refunded on the original purchasing credit card.
