Paula Young Wigs® Guarantees Your Satisfaction We want you to love your new wig, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 60 days of the original ship date.

Exchanges & Refunds

EXCHANGED orders are shipped to you free of charge (excluding the cost of rush service). Returned merchandise must be in new condition, not worn or altered.

REFUNDS, we refund only the purchase price of the refunded item; we do not refund shipping and handling. Returns for refunds received after 60 days will require a $15 restock fee for each item. If you return any of the items purchased as part of a discount or special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. All items marked as a final sale can be returned for exchange only.
