Sale Price Policy/Product Availability: If you have purchased an item and it goes on sale after you have placed your purchase you may be able to get a refund for the price difference under certain circumstances. Because of this delay, items that are in stock today on our website might not be available when we receive your exchange request. The best way to insure you get the item you want is to follow the SPEEDY EXCHANGE process. Place a new order online and insert that order number on step two of the Speedy Return Form. You'll get your new item 10-14 days sooner than if you do a traditional exchange. In addition, you'll receive a credit for your returned items and a credit for ground shipping charges on your new order.

If you do not want to place a new order for a Speedy Exchange, you can always place a BASIC EXCHANGE.
