Our guarantee lasts for the child's lifetime. If the child doesn't like something about the book, we will refund your credit card. If there is an error with the spelling of the child's name or the birth date, we will remake the book for free. If a page in the book rips 10 years from now, we will remake the book for free and even pay to mail it to the child.
