It started in 2004 in the San Fernando valley of Los Angeles. Four young hip hop fans were trying to find a reputable place to get some hip hop clothing and jewelry to sport when going out on the town. They didn't have a lot of money to spend on bracelets or watches but they still wanted to look sharp! No matter how hard they looked they couldn't find a place that had low prices, great customer service and fast shipping. In July, 2007 the founders of Icedoutgear.com were named among the '30 under 30 America's Coolest Entreprenuers' by Inc.com. If you receive an item that you are not 100% happy with, you have a choice of returning it for an exchange / store credit or for a complete refund. If you choose to get a refund you have to send the product back within 15 days of your order. You will be refunded 100% of the product cost but we will not credit you the shipping charge (usually $7 - $12).
