Personalized Baby Gifts and Baby Birthday Gifts-For family and
friends with baby gift needs, we pride ourselves on providing the
fastest delivery of high quality personalized products because we are
a small family owned company that still cares about customer
service.
Guaranteed delivery times are indicated for the United States and
Canada. If we don't get your product delivered in time, shipping is
Free. We use USPS and UPS to ship our products. We do not currently
ship outside of the United States and Canada. Business shipping days
are Monday - Friday.
Returns: For customized products: do to the nature of personlized
products, our personalized books, music, shelves and embroidered items
are not refundable non returnable, however from time to time depending
on circumstances that will be reviewed on each case we may at our
discretion, discount or provide partial compensation on these items if
the customer is unsatisfied. If you wish to return products to us that
are not personalized, you must return these products within 7 days of
receipt, and pay the shipping costs of doing so. Upon receipt of
returned items, credit will be issued back to the payment method used.
We recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to
exercise this right to return. If you wish to return, please telephone
our Customer Service Center at 484 824-8500 or write to our Customer
Service Center at 1786 St. Peters Road, Pottstown, PA 19465. Any
products returned must be received by us in the same condition and, to
the extent possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them
to you.
