If you find self esteem inspiring mottos you can tape them on the wall of your bedroom temporarily. I did this when I was younger and it helped me.

Everytime you start to critize yourself say stop.

You can also give yourself three compliments in the morning every morning in the mirror. Taped to the mirror so you remember to read them while you brush teethy.
