Column promoting booster seat use for 4-8yo's in WI

Thought you might like to know that someone in WI is concerned about 4-8yo's. I know plenty of them aren't restrained and mine weren't, since there wasn't a law and by the time they started pushing 4-8yo booster seats, mine were older than that. They are trying to pass a law requiring it, but it is still in process.
