Every year for Catholic School Week every family in my son's school is asked to create a family photo collage on a pre-cut shape 24 x 14 inches. This year its large puzzle pieces that will be fit together on one wall near the entrance. Previous shapes have been a house, a ship, a human figure. Some families actually draw or paint pieces for their collage. Others write poems, songs, stories about the family. Some include favorite vacations, sports and drama activities. Others famiy pets. Some family ancestors. The scrapbookers excel but there are many other astonishingly creative pieces.

We love seeing them every year and learning about the families in our school. We're still in the creative process so hope to hear if you've done similar pieces for school, church, scouts.
