It's hard to say how much we've gotten, since our driveway seems to be one big drift. I just know, I don't want to step off my porch, because my boots will be full of snow! I did shovel the porch, because I could barely get the door open. The snow always drifts against our southside door, but not where our furnace pipes are. Oh yeah, no one has school today, in the whole southeastern WI area. Jasmine on the shoveled porch, next to the unshoveled driveway. Jasmine next to the garage drift My street this morning
Brrrr, cold! I swear if I ever have to come back to life in someway (like reincarnation or something, lol) I want to be your dog. I wish everyone in the world was so kind and loving to their pets.
Oh wow, that is a whole lot of snow..SO GLAD I dont have to deal with it LOL...I did for 29 yrs. Although the pictures are beautiful, snow always looks so pretty(Well the newly fresh snow LOL), it brings back bad memories of shoveling, and shoveling cars out after snowplows have been by, and scraping 6 inches of ice of the window LOL Enjoy the snow..your dog sure looks like she loves it
She didn't like it this morning, when it was blowing in her face, though. After I took these pictures, it started snowing harder and she really didn't want anything to do with it. Oh yeah, it was lightly snowing this evening, too. Oh joy.
I *really* wanna come play!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, we got 11 inches yesterday, bringing us to 30 inches of snow so far, since December 1st. Tonight, we could get another 3-5 inches. It's starting to act like last winter! Come on up. I'm getting tired of having to make choices about going somewhere, because it's constantly snowing.
I'm with you, Dawn!! Karen, you wouldn't want to play in this. It's ok if it's snowing and mild, but it's not so ok when the wind chill is -25. Brrrrrrrrr
Hi Dawn, My husband is outside shoveling AGAIN! We're on our 10th or 12th snow something since early November. Loved seeing your photos - fellow snow dwellers with dogs. Our dog really enjoys the snow and even wants to walk on the snow that is glazed with ice to hear it pop and crack. Like yours he doesn't like the blowing snow or below zero temps. I forgot until I saw your dog that I'm a mother of 3 human children who do grow up and than one canine who is a child forever. Share more pics when you can. Linda
