Online photo printing?

Online photo printing?
I have about 300-400 (literally) photos that need to be printed. Anybody have any experience with an online digital photo printing service?
I use Snapfish monthly and have for almost 3 years. I love Snapfish - the print quality, the price, the speed of delivery, and free unlimited photo storage. I have only great things to say about snapfish!
I have been there more than once. I have used the kodak online stuff. My favorite is walgreens though. You either do it online or in the store, but you pick up. Kodak mails them to you as does shutterfly. Both companies have good reps, just shop around for prices and coupons!
I use snapfish as well, and love their service. You can edit online as well, i love the cute borders too. I also was just talking to a friend of mine who made memory books using them and was thrilled with the results.
I have used walgreens a bunch of times and they will mail to you but you have to pay shipping. No shipping if you pick it up in the store.
I think the pick-up option is a nice one at Snapfish also. I've never used it because we live in the boonies and I like it coming right to my door. Even with shipping, it's STILL about $6 cheaper than having them printed at Walmart (in-store). I figure it everytime just to make myself feel better, LOL.
We have ordered stuff online through Walmart, Walgreens and Target. We have all those stores available to us and can usually pick up in an hour. Sarah used Winkflash recently Winkflash 99 cent shipping First 50 are free 12 cents for 4 by 6" prints. They came fast, too.
I LOVE Snapfish too!! I've gotten holiday cards from them for the last couple of years and they are better than what I was getting at Walgreens and cerainly cheaper than Sears or the PicturePeople! I love them!
How dangerous is it to upload your photos to places like you've mentioned and have them printed? I realize in the film days people could print extra prints for themselves for bad purposes by doing so at the time of developing, but at least once the negatives were turned over to you you then had them in your control. But uploading digital photos to different stores and online printing services just seems risky...can't anyone hack them and use them for bad purposes?? Do they remain stored in the store's computer forever??
I use Kodak through the Kodak Easyshare website. They come right to my door Good price and great quality.
How much do you have to pay for Kodak?
This week they are 10 cents. I always buy my prints when there's a deal on.I've bought my dh a mug and t-shirt from them too.I just love the convenience of them coming to my door.
Can I order from them even if I'm not using a Kodak camera? What's the site you go to? I'm at kodak.ca, and can't find where I place the order.

Ok, so I think I have them uploaded or downloaded. Now, do you keep them on that website after you order or do you keep them on your computer? This is all so new. Thank you for your help
That kodak site is in the US. Do they get printed in Toronto? Do you still pay .10, and how much is shipping?
I keep all photos stored on snapfish and on cd for back-up. I only keep a few months worth on my computer at a time. There's a password for the account, so I don't worry about my pictures really. Honestly, anyone at the Walmart in-store photo printing (or anywhere else) could take your photos anytime they wanted to. By printing photos, you're putting them out there regardless.
Marcia,I do have to pay the exchange and its $1.99 for shipping, they come anytime between 7 to 10 days.
