DD is turning eleven and getting a karaoke machine for her birthday. We need some discs for it...we bought the High School Musical one and I'm looking, but not having great success, for 'Annie' and 'Sound of Music' cause she looooves to sing those songs. But what else is there??

Who is Hillary Duff? Cheetah Girls? Lizzy McGuire?? Are they for eleven year olds??

My dd also likes Hillary Duff(who is Lizzy McGuire)also some Bratz too.In Wal-mart they have a huge selection of kids music.Maybe getting a gift card for a music store would be helpful and she could pick out her own.

Both my girls love Hilary Duff and all of those Disney CDs.
And if you are doing it for a karaoke machine I know you can get Karaoke CDs of most of the Disney stuff. My younger one 1 (10) loves her karaoke machine.

Hmmm...if Hillary is Lizzy, 'who' is best for preteens? I had assumed Lizzy might be too young for her, along with Cheetah girls, based solely on the packaging, but I guess not. Amazon has all those Disney karaoke discs for ten dollars. Does Walmart charge more, do you know?

Tara, do you know which machine your DD has? We just ordered one by Singing Machine, model STVG 718. It has a seven inch screen and a tape deck so she can record herself, and a camera. I know nothing about karaoke machines...
