Just wanted to share, I entered a blog writing contest and I was nominated for best post! I'm just so surprised. At least this time it's a bit more of a virtuous competition, the last one was based on horrible comments made by my in-laws.

For this contest we had to write a post in the voice of a famous person. I almost regretted entering as there are some professional writers in this competition and people who have been writing a whole lot longer than I have. Some of the posts are so inspiring, creative and funny.

Keep your fingers crossed for me the voting closes tomorrow.

I'm writing as a guest on someone else's blog I'll share the link if you would like to read my post but you can't vote for me, it's only for people who participated. But thanks for thinking of me.

So you understand the contest here are the guidelines, each person can write on any topic but it must be in the style of a famous person and part of the fun is guessing who the person is in your post. We each have a partner. My partner posted on my blog and I posted on hers. If you go to my blog you'll see the other persons post not mine. Does that make sense. Anyway here are the links.
