by scanning them on a scanner? The nicest photo I have of all of us is our photo from our church directory a couple years ago. Shawn has a scanner. He said he thinks you send it to my email as an attachment, but then what?

Are you saying that you want to post it to momsview?

If you and Shawn have different computers and the scanner is installed on his computer, he can scan it to his computer and send it to you in an email as an attachment. You will open the attachment and then save it to your computer as a file.

Or, if you are using the same computer, when he scans it to the computer, he will save it as a file.

Then upload it to momsview directly from your computer following these instructions.

I tried again and actually came to the point to browse for my file....WooHOO. The furthest I have gone in years! I typed in My Pictures and also the file name, but no luck. One of these days!

Annie, don't type anything in. Just click on where it says browse for my file. It will bring you to your computer stuff. Go to My Pictures, find the photo and double click on it. It will automatically put it in for you...

I was able to access the file...however my pic was 1735 KB where it can only be 50kb.

I swear, this will drive me nuts....but I am so close!!!!

Yay! I'm glad you got that close! Yeah, my pics are always too big, too, and that frustrates me. I guess that's why I don't post more photos. But Picasa makes it pretty easy to downsize them, though I don't do it too often!
