My granddaughter's first words - not the usual
So, we are at my son & wonderful dil's home for Christmas Day, and when Brooke wakes up from her nap and is brought downstairs, we start opening the presents. Comes a present for Brooke - a large gift bag with colored tissue on top of the presents. She starts pulling at the tissue, digging into the bag, and says, clear as can be, aw right! Oh, and she is starting to pull herself up to a standing position, and starting to try to crawl up the stairs. Greg is going to put a safety gate across both sets of stairs this week.
That's cute and it sounds like it's time to block off the stairs.
I hope someone got that on video. Definitely time for a gate!
Oh my goodness! That is so cute Ginny!
Oh how adorable!! That is proof positive that children learn to talk by imitating what they hear. That is too cute!!
That's cute Ginny. Our youngest dd's first words were "thank you." Whenever she would hand me anything, I would smile and say thank you. No mom, no dad, just thank you.
Oh, Ginny! That is precious! Ame
That is SO cute!! I can't believe how time flies, it seems like yesterday you were announcing her birth!!
Ginny, that is so sweet.. I to am amazed at how quickly she has grown..... Pretty soon she will be talking up a storm.
Awwwwww, how sweet! She is such a cutie too! I bet you all had a good laugh over that one. I think your son is definitely wise for putting up a gate. We love our gates. It keeps little dd from following me down to the basement and out of the kitchen when I am cooking. Believe me, they are a lifesaver!
