With all our military moves, I've always had a certain Hotmail address. I used to be able to sort by name and see how many emails are in my junk mail, but lately, it won't let me do that. It doesn't matter which browser I use. (I use Mozilla/Firefox and Internet Explorer.)

Anyone else experiencing this?

I've had a Bigfoot account for years that I've started to have problems with in the past couple of months. I'm actually canceling a lot of junk mail (lists) and converting over to my email with our server and will cancel the Bigfoot account, probably next month. I get daily emails from Bigfoot saying I'm over my limit. A lot of what pushes me over is spam and junk. Shoot, half of the junk I get isn't even for my email address! Go figure.

I have had a hotmail account for many years and have never had a problem. I also use different browsers from Firefox, IE and Safari and all display the same the same data. I tried sorting by name, address and date and all are working. I'm still using the old format. Have you changed to the beta format? If so maybe that's the problem. I have cousins, one in Iraq and one in Korea and they both use hotmail accounts and have had the same one for years. Some other friends use yahoo, have you tried that one? Good luck.

I have hotmail too. No problems here. I can still see all my different folders and stuff.

A couple of weeks ago, I logged in, and it took me to a page saying that hotmail is going to be changing, and I could "click here" to try to the new look, or "click here" to go straight to my regular inbox. I just went to my regular inbox. But, maybe with things getting made "new and improved", some things got mixed up in the shuffle? I don't know.
Maybe you can check the hotmail website and see if there are any announcements there.
