I know this should go on the recipe board but I wanted to share.
I baked grouper in my pot for dinner. I have never made fish in it before. I sprayed the bottom, place the grouper in, douced with lemon juice and about a cup of water. Sprinkled with salt and pepper, then bread crumbs. Then I put some scallions on top. Cooked on low for 3 hours. It came out great!!!
