I just installed Internet Explorer 7 this morning and I'm getting this information about setting my Clear Type settings. I HATE the way the text on webpages looks now! It's so blurry to me that I feel like I'm wearing someone's glasses. (I have 20/20 vision.) I went to the ClearType site and tried to "tune" it, but it still doesn't look right. Any suggestions? Anyone else have this problem?

when u figure this out let me know cuz mine is the same way and i have a geek for a son and omg he updated the puter and its all out of whack... He is working over time on everyones puter cuz they are either buying new ones and want certain things on them or the puter they have already is sick ... so im last on the list. good luck to you.

I figured it out and it was simple!
Go to: http://www.microsoft.com/typography/cleartype/tuner/Step1.aspx
Make sure that the 'on' box at the bottom is unchecked, then go to your home page. Mine was fixed then immediately.

I'm glad you got it fixed. I haven't installed 7 yet. I hate the "smooth type" option that Windows has. It makes it way too fuzzy and every now and then, I have to reset it and I don't know why!
