My hubby is out of town, so I had my day planned! Soccer at 9, a stop at 1/2 price books, lunch at luby's, a stop at Lowe's, then after a trip home we were out to the dollar movie....WELL in between Lowe's and home my youngest starting vomiting all over! UGH! I felt so bad for him, but there was nothing I could do, I was in traffic. As soon as I could reach back and toss him a towel and a bag (good thing my van was a mess!). Anyway, so now we are home for the evening. He seems fine, but then again he hasn't eaten anything. I hate vomit, this was bad enough smelling that me and my daughter both almost lost it ourselves. UGH. But I got him out and hosed him off (it is 80 degrees here today), so at least the clean out was mostly easy. What a fun day...

UGH! (Can't think of a better word, ditto Karen) My son, for a time would throw up almost every long trip we took. Then, we started him on his reflux meds again, and it stopped.

Just yucky, especially when you had a nice evening planned. Hope you can put on a good movie and just relax now.

He is all better this morning. Thanks for asking. It certainly was a strange thing, he got sick so soon after eating, I really thought it was something he ate. But the rest of the night he was warm (only 99 though), he didn't eat anything or drink much at all. By 10 he said he had a bad headache, but he went to sleep. He is bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning, almost a little too much.

These things happen with kids. You never know where they got the bug, but it goes away as fast as it came. My son goes through one of these episodes at least once a year, and he just turned 10.

Last Tuesday morning at 4 am, I heard dd cough a couple of times which woke me up. I thought it was weird sounding cough. Then I heard 1 more weird cough and a scream of "MOOOOOMMMMMMYYYYY". I was already getting out of bed before she started to scream. I ran into her room to find her sitting in the middle of her bed with EVERYTHING in the bed covered in vomit. UGH! What's a mommy to do?

I'm glad your little guy didn't stay puny long.
