A new home
My foster dog "Ginger" will be going to her new home on Monday. *sniff sniff*..We have had little Ginger since July, as always I have been come so attached her. The family came over to visit with her this past Saturday and spend almost 2 hours here. The lady is a stay at home mom, with 2 kids. Her daughter is 8 and her son is 19 months old, and they have a baby on the way. They also live with the grandmother. So Ginger will always have people around to love her. I am glad that it is such a nice family that is going to adopt her. I am also going to be very sad when she goes. I love her so much. I am a big sap when it comes to the dogs. I would keep them all if I could. She is only our 2nd foster dog. We do not get as many foster dogs as others in the group. Because I have a small child at home, they have to be careful what kind of dog they put with us. So far they did a great job with the 2 foster dogs we have been given. We are not lacking for dogs in this house, but it will be sad with her gone. I have 3 more days to love and spoil her.
Ginger was a very sweet little girl. We would have taken her but there is way too much chaos at our house right now. I'm glad you found her a good home.
She certainly sounded like she was a real sweetie. I'm glad to hear that she found such a great home situation. Enjoy the next three days.
I sure couldn't do it- be a foster dog parent or for that matter, a foster human parent. I admire those who can. God Bless you.
Awww. You're doing a good job of "passing" Foster 101! It must be hard to give them up, though!
(((HUGS))) I'm sorry you have to give her up.Good for you to make another family happy!!!
