What razor do you use?

What razor do you use?
I just use a basic kind of deal, nothing fancy, but I thought I might get a closer shave with something "made for a woman"! What do you like?
Venus!
I use a basic cheapie, in female colors, but it's nothing fancy, like a bic, or something like that. Sarah LOVES her Venus. I should really try it once.
I LOVE my intuition. I never have to buy shaving cream again...and I can shave in a heartbeat.
My husband and I actually share a razor! The Gillette Mach 3. We just make sure to have sharp blades and he doesn't complain! I have thought about trying the razors with the built in moisturizer, but was never sure if they actually "worked". I was curious if they actually moisturized enough to take the place of shaving cream...
Venus. I hated the Intuition. I had to press down to get work and repeatedly shaved off my shins and knee caps. I have a refill sitting in drawer that I need to throw away because I chunked the razor after giving it several attempts and ending up bleeding in some spots and still having stubble in others.
I have been using Agility. It has a pivoting head, so I like that for over my knee caps, and around my ankle bones. However, I just bought some Daisy razors. I forget why. I think I must have had a coupon or something. I used to use them years ago. I have varicose veins, and one night I sliced open a vein on my lower leg, while shaving with one leg propped up on the commode. It started SPURTING blood, which scared the heck out of youngest DS. (He HATES blood). I laid down and propped my leg up on a pillow. DH applied pressure with a maxi pad and DUCT TAPE!! Don't laugh. He uses duct tape for everything. (Anybody watch "The Red Green Show" on PBS? LOL!) I realized that I can't shave anymore standing up, because if I do nick a vein, the gravity makes it spurt. I have to shave in the tub, with my leg up. It hasn't happened since. I bought a fancy, schmancy electric razor, but it doesn't shave close enough.
Hol, I had an electric razor, back when I was a teenager. I hated it, because it always felt like I had stubble, after I used it! When it died, I never bought another one.
Another Venus lover here.
Adena - That's what I use!!! LOL It's not DH's because he uses electric, but that's what I always used growing up because of my Dad, so I still do. I will have to try this Venus....lots of great reviews from you gals!
Venus, I love it!
I love my Intuition! I don't find that I have to press down. It does seem like once the moisturizer gets low I have to press a little harder but I haven't cut myself but once. I think when my 11 y.o. starts shaving that's what she will use.
I have been using Veet Rasera over the summer, rather than shave every couple days. It works so much better than Nair, doesn't smell too bad, and doesn't irritate my skin. I use the store brand disposable 3 blades when I do shave though. I've heard great things about the Venus Vibrance, and found a rebate form for a free one, so I'm going to give it a shot.
I use the Mach 3, too! DH and I have separate ones but, since there's only one refill to buy, we never run out (something that DH used to do alot). I may have to pick up the Venus since it's getting such great reviews from all of you! I'm with Pam. The Intuition was a BAD choice for me.
