Hello Trina. We are getting an Odyssey and it will have all those side airbags. My kids are five and ten and will each be in one of the outboard middle row seats. Should I turn off the side airbags? TIA!

Side curtain airbags aren't an issue to worry about. Our van has them also and my kids sit in the outboard middle seats. Doesn't worry me the least bit. I don't believe they can be disabled anyway.

Hmmm...is it a 2006? We're looking at 'Slate Green' which looks more like a grayish sage green. But you wouldn't look at 'slate green' and think 'light green'. But I don't know of any light green shades on the 2006s.

Yes, it's a 2006. I think she did say "slate green". Sometimes it looks like a light blue to me. Sounds like you'll have the same color. LOL!

Yep, that's the one. In the sunlight this afternoon it was light, silvery blue. Tonight after the sun went down but it was still light out, it was light grayish sage. We're now choosing between 'olive' or 'gray' interior, and 'olive' is NOT olive!! It's a grayish/beige color....honestly, WHO names these colors?? They don't look like they sound at ALL!

Yeap, we have the slate green and the olive leather interior. Yes, it changes color with the light just like you said. Also, the interior looks grey with just a hint of green. I love, love, love it! I think you'll be very happy.

Hi Eve! So nice to see you around again! Gee, where have you been?? Are you BUSY with a baby and a five year old?

We went with the gray cloth interior. I wanted the olive, but with it being cloth, and with living in a snowy, slushly, salty area, I thought the gray would hide the dirt a lot better. I LOVED the olive, though, and would have chosen that if we lived in Florida or somewhere warm year round! You won't have as much trouble since the leather will wash off the seats and seatbacks. Did you remove that silly middle seat in the second row?? Or are you using it as a table? I plan to remove it entirely because then it's easier to get to the third row, and knowing my kids, they will bicker, bicker, bicker over how much space each one is using on the tray table...

DD 10 wanted the ocean mist metallic. I didn't love it...it was too medium blue for me. I liked the sage, too, but it was kinda dark. I do wish the slate green was a pretty sage green. It has too much gray in it for me, but I've come a long way from when I first bought a new car and insisted the only colors I'd ever buy were navy blue, burgundy, and forest green. Now I'm preferring the lighter, classy colors.
