Happy Dance and Crying!!!
I need to tell how excite dI am and to most of you having financial issues will know how happy I really am. In the last 2 yrs with me being out of work we have gotten into a hole I could not get my head out of. And now today I see above the hole and am so excited. We had 6 bills we have been paying on and nothing seemed to be making them go down. I was approved for a personal loan today to pay them all off it is a 5 yr installment loan. We will now only have a mortgage and vehicle payment and an installment loan payment. Plus phone, cable, DTE (heat and power) and water. We will be ahead finally after 2.5 yrs of struggling. I am getting enough cash out of this loan i can pay the mortgage and van a month ahead and I can put full coverage insurance on my van again instead of PLPD. We can take Timmy to a MLB game for his birthday like he wants and not have to push a bill to the side!! I am so excited I just sat here in my office at work and cried. I can now start saving for the wedding and looking into the furture of moving in the Spring/08 after the wedding. We also found a company that will help Rich with his credit and it is not going to cost allot and we can get it done before we get married!!!
Good for you Tonya! Thats great to hear.
Oh, sweetie, I am so glad for you.
Oh hun...I am so happy for you!!!!!!!!!!
That's great!!!
Yeah, Tonya!!! I know this has got to be a huge relief for you. Hugs!
That must feel really good. $$$ issues are so stressful! {{{Tonya}}}
Great news. Didn't you buy your house a few years ago, Tonya? Why do you want to move??
We bought a house in Sept/02. We bought this house in a neighborhood that was on the uprise and in the last year and a half it has started declining again. We were robbed last October (as have allot of house been) and I just don't feel safe anymore. Plus we had a 6-8 yr plan when we bought this house to move to the country to buy a house on land so we are putting it at a 6 yr plan.
