Anyone have a Honda Ridgeline??
We currently have a Honda Pilot and dh took it in for routine service the other day and was looking around the dealership while it was being worked on and now he has fallen for the Ridgeline and wants to trade it in. I should add this is his car and I rarely ever drive it, so it really doesn't make a big difference to me one way or the other. LOL I did go with him last night to look at it and it does have some very cool features. We sat down and talked price and options etc and it looks like dh has worked out a very good deal. It is a demo, so it has lots of "extras" on it and we also added a couple of things and the price is still within what we are comfortable with. Just wondering if anyone has one or knows of anyone that does and if they love it!! TIA
I have never even heard of it. LOL
I hadn't either until last night when dh drug me up there. LOL At first sight I didn't love it, but after a little while, it grows on you. When your in it, it feels much like the pilot, but the back end is a truck bed! And like I said, it does have some very cool features!!
If you are comfortable with the price and dh is comfortable with the car, my experience is that it is very hard to go wrong with Honda. If it's a demo, can he get the full warranty on it? That is worth checking out.
Yes, full warranty. And I know that with it being a Honda, the thing will likely run for ever, but you know how after you get something you think...oh, I wish this or I wish that?? LOL That is why I was asking if anyone had one. For a personal story about the vehicle and what their thoughts were on it.
Ditto on the Hondas...it doesn't get any better. I love the Pilots...I'll take yours!!
I really love our Pilot too. When we do family running around etc, we always take dh's car. So while I rarely ever drive it, I am in it allot. It feels very similar to the Pilot.
DH is a total car nut and he says he's heard excellent things about the Ridgeline and the features available. Sounds like a great deal! Let us know if you get it and what you think of it.
Well, we are a Honda family - DH and I both drive (old) 1998 Accords, and we traded old Hondas on those. We like the Pilot, but I don't want to pay that much for a vehicle, nor put the gas in it. We are considering the CRV when we trade one of them.
It sounds like he is going to get it. A couple of the things we wanted added to it won't be done for a couple of days. Sounds like he will get it sometime between Monday and Wednesday. I will let you know what we think after awhile. Thanks for the help!
