They were scheduled to come at 8am. Yesterday, we got a phone call, that he had to make a service call first, and would be there around 8:30am. That is the time he showed up!

We are having a new air conditioner installed today. Isn't that wonderful, that they kept us updated on the time of arrival?

It is nice when they're on time and call when they're not going to be. I had a guy here Wednesday from the furniture store to check out a table leg that was loose and he was actually 30 minutes early. When I answered the door he asked if it was okay that he was early. It actually worked out very well and I told him so (he was scheduled to come right at nap time so coming early worked really well). Too bad they all can't be like that. Glad yours was on time.
