Sandysmom-observational staffing?
Hey! I was just thinking about you and wondering if you have had to go in for the observation yet? If so, how did it go? If not, do you have a date set for it yet? Keep us updated. I still think of you....
Thank you so much for asking Adena! It's June 5th at 4:00. It's so sweet that you're thinking of me I will keep you updated. Recently, her bio-father requested some visits and so now he has visits with her every other Tuesday. He met her for the first time 2 weeks ago. She's 13 months old. It's a process, but it can take it's toll emotionally. Please say a prayer. Thanks.
{{{HUGS}}}
I hate it when they show up all of a sudden after a child is a year old or so. I just don't get that, deciding all of a sudden that you want to be a mother or father. But I know that some say, that it's best when the biological parents want to be parents, but to me, I think they are just unstable if they can't make that decision right away and it takes a year to decide to see your child for the first time. I will keep you all in my prayers.
Thank you for your prayers!!! I will say this, he has known all along and at any time, he could have shown up a long time ago. I'm trying not to be judgemental, but the agency makes it so easy for the bio parents. They would pay for a bus pass, arrange a time convenient for them for visits, pay all legal expenses, etc... So I do NOT understand why he has waited this long, but, it's not my call, I just need prayers and so does my family. I don't want to lose her. She's so happy and free and content. I would hate to see all that go away.
Adena, thanks to Dawn, I have new pictures on the Photo Sharing post. Check em' out! Dawn, thanks for the hugs! I need all the hugs I can get these days.
