My son(who is be 12 in August)wrote me a poem for Mothers day. I was really surprised, as it is something he has never done. He handed it to me on a index card this morning. This is what it said
MOMS
Moms are like erasers, they help you with your mistakes.
Moms always help you ever step of the way.
They take you special places, care for you and and love you a lot.
That is why I love my mom, it is the best thing I've got.

I like your son's poem a lot more than the one i saw on a mother's day card at the hallmark store. it said: You're my mom and I'm your kid
