I called today to find out what has been going on with the case. Charges were filed, we will be subpeonaed for the preliminary hearing on 20 June 2006. Nate, Paul, and I will be attending, whether we're subpeonaed or not, because we all want this man put behind bars. I will let you guys know as much as I can (without jeopardizing the case) after the hearing.
He should have to go to jail and do counseling. Anyone like that is nuts. Good luck I hope they lock him away.

He should NOT be able to drive, needs jail time, and some anger management classes. What a nutso! Good luck with everything!
