What hand cream do you use that actually works?

For anyone out there that washes hands a lot or uses lots of Purell (like me!), what do you really like for a hand cream? I feel like my hands are so dry and scratchy anymore! I've tried Mary Kay Satin Hands (the whole kit...it's great when you do it but nothing feels the same later), and Neutrogena (which felt so concentrated and greasy to me).

I do use the Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream that someone on MV recommended before and I LOVE IT, but for hands?????

Cetaphil lotion (not creme...the creme is great stuff but too goopy for all day long use). Someone asked this a few months ago and everyone wrote in their preferences....you could do a search, or you could just trust me and go buy Cetaphil lotion. :)

The kids and I have sensitive skin. Our favorites are Eucerin and Cetaphil.

Aveeno!

I use Vaseline Petroleum Jelly Cream.

Bath and Body Works Mega Butter is the BEST I've found. It has 4 butters in it, and makes your skin feel GREAT.

Aveeno or Jergens Skin Smoothing lotion. I like the Jergens when my hands get rough because it contains a mild alpha hydroxy that gets rid of the rough skin then moisturizes to take care of the dryness. Burt's Bees does have a hand salve but I don't recommend it (and I recommended their cuticle cream) because it is greasy and thick.

I think anything with shea butter works really really well. I am a bath junkie fan and love their shea cream.
