I had posted a week or so ago about a small boy in our town who had a brain tumor. The news is in and the tumor was diagnosed as a medulloblastoma. The doctor recommends aggressive treatment - radiation and chemotherapy.

The entire town is numb to the fact that another grade schooler has cancer. In a town our size, 3 kids in less than 10 years is a big shock. And, they are all from the same church. The parents are all friends, as well. I feel so sad for all of the parents - the ones living the nightmare now and the ones re-living it again.

Do you know his parents?? There's a website that features kids with catastrophic illnesses, Make A Child Smile. Maybe his mom can submit him. That is just heartbreaking.
