Whats for dinner tonight
Quick Fettuccine Cacciatore-Its very easy and very yummy. Its to die for as per my 7yr DD.This is what she requested for dinner tonight. She doesnt like mushrooms so I used zuccini. Its a hit in my home.I've already made it today and just have to heat it up for tonight.I've posted it on the recipe board.
Oven broke yesterday morning, so it will either be somehting on the grill or takeout.
Crockpot Fajita Chicken.
Shrimp Fajita's and wheat soft taco shells with lettuce and fat free salsa for me and DH and beef soft tacos for kids.
Breaded Boneless Pork Chops, 4 Cheese Potatoes ,Applesauce and Corn.
Wild Mushroom, Spinach Pesto Lasgane with a Salad
Chicken Stir-Fry with Asian noodles and wild rice. Nummmm.
Andi, can you post your recipe?
almost positive now, dh and I will be getting takeout because now, not only is the oven broken but there apparently is something wrong with the water because it's brown. The kids got strawberry pancakes and corn chowder (that's their idea, not mine).
Since I finally got a new crock-pot to replace the other one, I am having a roast.
Cori, There isn't a recipe it's a seasoning packet I buy from a friend. I just put chicken breast in the crockpot with this seasoning and some water...soooooo yummy! If you want the seasoning you can e-mail me and I will send you the website for the company that makes it. They have so many yummy seasonings. wahooper5@cox.net
I have cleft palate clinic tonight at 5:30 pm, so DH is cooking---spaghetti and meatballs. They usually have sandwiches and cookies for the team members, but I'll probably just eat spaghetti when I get home.
Steak, grilled veggies, and french loaf.
Orange Chicken with brown rice and steamed snap peas--all from Trader Joes. We are so hooked!
Andi - I want that seasoning, too. Sounds good and my DH typically isn't a big fan of chicken so maybe this would help him along! Crockpot chicken and stuffing with asparagus on the side.
Deanna, I e-mailed it to you!
We had Honey-Orange Chicken and Fried Rice with snowpeas and carrots.
We had ravioli and breadsticks, I need to go grocery shopping tomorrow!!!
We had to leave for the ballpark by 6:15. We had leftover ham/bean soup and salad that I made on Sunday. The kids that didn't want that had hotdogs.
