Thanks, Lisa. I checked your links, and then checked other tips offered by this site, and they are very good. She offers some general advice, as you noted above, and also answers specific questions. One plus is that the answers are in terms that I can understand (i.e., not techy-talk). I have bookmarked the Kim's Tips site and will use it for reference.
