With Valentine's day there is a lot of talk about hearts. Well women in the USA rarely take seriously our own physical hearts. I didn't until after my youngest child was born - up til thanI had perfect everything. But among other things I ended up in a cardiac care unit. This is high risk behavior because a lot of women develop heart disease young so...........what to do. How do you even know if you have a problem.
