Momsview has another new addition!!! Dawson Ray was born Monday, Nov 10th at 1:08pm, after just 4 hours of labor. He weighed in at 5 lbs 5.6 oz, is 17.5 inches long, and has a ton of wavy black hair. He was in the NICU overnight, but was brought out to mom early Tuesday morning, and has been doing great since! Mom and baby are doing well, and B is excited to be a big brother, and has been helping out a lot!!

Dawson's mommy asked me to post this for them to avoid having her screen name linked (there are some issues with possible lurking), but I'm sure everyone knows who it is. She will probably be checking in soon, and I'm waiting for her to get back to me about posting a picture... but trust me, he is a cutie!!! (I think he definitely has mom's chin and eyes!)

Awwww, was he just a smidgen early? She just mentioned that was 35 weeks pregnant. Sarah was early too, though and she's just fine. He's very precious! Thanks for posting!

I don't really know what his mom looks like. I just know he's so cute! I love his name!

Thank you Crystal for passing on the information on my little man.

Thank you all for the kind words and well wishes. We are adjusting to life at home and doing great. He is truly a wonderful baby and I couldn't ask for better boys honestly. B is being such a big help and simply adores his little brother.

To amswer the question of the dates... I was 36 weeks to the day on his delivery. He spent about 12 hours in NICU until he could maintain his own body temperature then in the last 2 hours in there his respirations got a little high so they kept him a little bit longer but didn't have any other problems after that. We had a check up today with the pediatrician today and he's 100% perfect and has even gained 3 ounces since being discharged.

It's amazing how much love you can have for your children, I've been so blessed and since Monday I've felt like I'm the luckiest person in the world.
