She goes in November 6th to have her tonsils out. She has what he called kissing tonsils. They are just about touching. For the past few months she has been not eating good and not sleeping and is so inactive lately so they are thinking it has to do with her tonsils. She has been running a fever for 2 weeks. We took her in to figure out whats all going on and they measured her and weighed her and she is in the 10% of height and 5% in weight. Her twin brother has about 30lbs on her and 5 in so she is tiny. It was beginning to scare me but the ent said today that he has seen large tonsils but hers were huge. She is a little scared about it all but the day before we go I am taking her shopping to get her some yummy drinks and popsicles
Wishing you both well, you will be amazed by what a completely different child she will be when she sleeps well and has energy. I had my son's done in kindergarten (he's in 2nd now) and it was one of the best things I could have done for him. He's hardly been sick since (knocking on wood)...
Good luck to her!
