Where I work, I submit my time sheet weekly by e-mail to an administrative supervisor, who compiles all the timesheets for the support staff and submits the compiled list, showing total hours for each employee for that week, to the payroll coordinator. Week before last I worked 5 extra hours, so my time sheet was for 35 hours plus 5 hours. The information that got submitted to the payroll clerk was 355 hours! Wow - what a paycheck that would have been!

Of course, the payroll clerk came to me and asked for a copy of my time-sheet, but it was an interesting 5-second daydream.
