Hi just a little update...Dh is home on R&R and we are spending much needed quality time as a family. We bought American Idol for the wii as well as Rock Band and have been having a blast. Next week if I can pry them away from the tv we are going to Sea World. We have 9 precious days left until he has to go back. I'm so not looking forward to that. I cried all the way to the airport when I went to pick him up, lol. My ds kept asking me if I need to pull over and couldn't understand why I was crying. 8 months is a really long time and we have been though a lot since he has left. I think I was afraid that we had grown apart. This are different but not bad different.

I went to the doctors on Monday and I will be having the surgery. I have a long list of things I have to do before I will get the date but we are looking at some time in the next 3 months. I still don't know if I'm going to be going back to school right now or if I'm going to wait until after surgery. I'll know more next week. It all depends on if they are going to let me take time off for recovery. And I'm not even sure if I want to go back before then anyways. I'm thinking it might be too much stress with dh being gone again, the kids bdays and the holidays. And then to add getting ready for surgery and school(40hrs a week) I think I may be pushing it.

Enjoy the time he has home!!!!!!! Don't try to commit to too many things if you are having surgery, Kristy......you need to make your health and your kids a priority, and if DH will be gone, you know things are stressful enough. School will be there in 3 months or 6 months.....just take care of YOU!!!
