No clue........Not before Thursday for sure....depends on the rain/flood and power situation.
We've been checking our Parish website and watching streaming video from WWL TV in New Orleans online since around 5 this morning. There is no power in our area, and they are expecting heavy rains and probable flooding today and the next few days. Hopefully the flooding is limited to roadways. And of course, there is the risk of tornadoes....
From all reports, things in the greater N.O. area are better than expected. The floodwall/levee on the Industrial Canal near the 9th Ward was topped, but not breached. There has been wind damage in the greater N.O. area, and of course, near Cocodrie/Houma/Grand Isle, things are worse; it made landfall around Cocodrie - those are south of the city.
It's not over yet obviously - still tropical storm force and even some hurricane force winds up to 95 MPH in the city and eastward and westward, but the worst problem for the greater N.O. area is going to be rain and flooding from the rain.
I did see online and on CNN that there was a breakaway involving a couple of ships and a barge in New Orleans, waiting to hear more about that. Also there was a major fire in N.O. this morning....and another in Jefferson Parish, just heard that on CNN.
