3 weeks to go and we will be on our cruise! I feel like I am going to jump out of my skin, I am so excited! We booked this April 2007, so it has been a long time coming Some days I feel calm about it, other days, I am so excited, I want shout it from the rooftop LOL..(No not really LOL)
We have excursions booked...thank you for all who recommended Godfrey tours, we are using him for St Thomas

We booked our cruise over a year ago. Now the prices for the rooms without a window are more expensive than what we paid for a grand suite! Booking early is the way to go but it does make it feel like a l-o-n-g wait.

OK here is a doozy....
I decided to clean out my studio. One of my pet peeves is how it ends up being my studio/storage room. I had my daughter helping me collect all non-glass items to get out of the room. She was collecting things and helping me move everything around. I noticed a smell but it didn't click immediately. A few seconds later, I turned to look at the kiln and sure enough she had stuck a big plastic bin on top. Inside was our cruise gowns. The bottom completely melted on the kiln. Two dresses are destroyed.
What a mess! All because I decided to clean today .

The dresses are ruined. I hope they didn't cost too much. How about the kiln, will you be able to get the melted plastic/dresses off?

It was $100 in dresses. I have managed to scrape off the plastic so the kiln is OK.
Never a dull moment.
At least we have time to get new dresses for our cruise.

Just think of it this way at least you didn't decide to clean the week before your cruise and this happened! I hope you will find something you like better.

I want to go on a cruise.. I need a vacation really bad but that will have to wait until next year.
