I hope they find out what happened to her quickly. I have been following this story since last week, knew it wasn't going to end well when it came out that the uncle is a sex offender.. http://www.thebostonchannel.com/news/16771730/detail.html
Affidavit: Uncle Took Missing Girl For Sex Teen Says She Helped Man Bring 12-Year-Old To Home They found her... Missing Vermont Girl Found Dead 12-Year-Old Missing Since June 25 I am afraid someone would have to die...
What a sick, sick man.
What a horrible story this is. I am just glad they at least found the body. I feel so bad for the dad, and I have no idea what the mother was thinking letting her daughter be anywhere near a convicted sex offender, but I feel bad for her as well.
My issue, there are comments flying that this was a child sex ring.. Okay, where are the other sick (hmmmm's) at? They have a 14 year old, that helped lurer Brooke to the "party", that stated she had been abused since she was 9 by this "man". She said that it was a sex ring, the "Breckenridge", and after 5 years of abuse she had ought to be able to name names... KWIM?? They better be acting fast if this even might be the case, because this whole murder is going to cause a wave of evidence destruction if they don't.
Well that is the thing.. she may be able to name names but who knows if she ever knew their names or if she knew their real names.. I can't imagine that they run around telling her their real names to they can be found easily.. I do agree.. I have a huge problem with all of this especially since he was on the sex offender list... That means he has been convicted before..
they have one of the others in the ring. It was a "ring" of three. Her uncle, her stepfather, and someone else.
Oh man, her mom has to be beside herself....
Her mom had to know that her sisters husband was a convicted child molester and let her spend the night anyways. her dad is a constable in Vermont and he's got to be aching to get his hands around their necks.
at least the stepfather could face the death penalty. They are bringing him up on federal kidnapping charges - I can't even bring to words how I feel about this. He came up from Texas (he was seperated from the mother)- according to him - to "help" find Brooke -wtf?
It is possible they believed he didn't do the crimes he was convicted of prior too Brooke's death. You see what I am saying? Many people support their family to a fault and this opens up other people to be victimized. It is also possible it is a family of criminals and they pretty much protect each other by a no tell unspoken policy... Her step father and mother were separated?? Hmm, wonder where this plays into Brooke's death.
Also many people don't check people out before they allow them into their lives. So if it isn't shared information the mother may not have known.
I hope that is the case.
