A friend of mine is trying to win a fitness video contest. He owns a gym out here and he's an awesome guy (who works my butt off! lol). If he wins he gets a little bit of money ($1000, really not that much in the big scheme of things) BUT he'll win a trip to FL where they'll produce a fitness video featuring him which they'll distribute throughout the US and Canada. This workout/program is really for people who can't do a regular fitness program due to health problems and such. It's been great for my mom. If he makes it though this round he'll be in the finals!
