Saying hello and baby flutters
I wanted to stop in and say hello to everyone, it's been a quiet couple of days around here. Yesterday I went with Brendan's first grade class to a local nature center, it's funny I went there as a child myself on a field trip. He had a great time and got to touch an aligator, snake, lizard, and turtle. We then went on a nature trail and saw more spiders and spiderwebs than I cared to ever see in a lifetime but it was worth it because we got to see an aligator in the water which the kids thought was the coolest ever. The last couple of days I've been feeling "baby flutters" I'm sure of it. I'm 12 weeks and 3 days now I believe and I'm positive that he/she is what I'm feeling. I can't wait until Brendan is able to feel he/she kick. Things are going MUCH better around here since the weekend and I haven't heard anything from the ex which is exactly how I want it. I'm finally being able to enjoy being pregnant. (it helps that I've been feeling MUCH MUCH better) That's it for us, we have the rest of this week and then Monday - Thursday of next week and then we're out of school. Brendan is going to go to summer school in July for some additional reading help because he struggled so much with it this year. I think it will do him some good.
The field trip sounds like fun. I'm always game to touch everything, too! I bet you are feeling baby flutters! It is a neat feeling! I could be quite entertained by baby movement, when I was pregnant! I'm glad you're feeling better! I hope the summer class helps out Brendan!
Glad to hear things are going much better for you. Can you believe I have never been to abnc? My kids have all been on several trips, my hubby has escorted them, but it is icky for me. I keep hearing these spider stories! My youngest was just there this weekend, I almost went kayaking, but plans changed. Hmmm kayaking with the gators, maybe not a good idea! (i assume that is where yall went!)
I've been there as field trips as a child, then took my sister's girl scout troop, and then now as an adult. The spiders were NOT my favorite part for sure. ugh... We go to the big park next door quite regularly but the nature center not so much.
Glad you are feeling much much better. LOL Hopefully things just keep getting better..
I'm glad things are going well, and YAY on the flutters!!!!!
I'm so glad things are going better for you! You have been in, and will continue to be, in my prayers! Gotta love the baby flutters! They are just one of the coolest things you can experience, IMO.
