I was just thinking here about all of the same stuff that goes on each day. Please feel free to list yours:

Where's the tape?
I need socks.
Did you sign my planner?
Do you have enough lunch money?
Oh, I have a concert on Thursday nite; forgot to show you the slip. I also have a softgame at the same time.
Where's my phone? Call it so I can find it....uh, it's in my pocket!!

And I can never find a pen so I sign papers/notes in markers.....

When my *lovely* son asks 1 hour before a game "did you wash my uniform?"
The very uniform he has shoved in a corner in his room, instead of in the laundry room!

every morning you say:
what do you want for breakfast.....make a decision.....if you don't decide soon, you are going to be really hungry at school

did you put your lunch in your bookbag?
did you brush your teeth/hair?
did you make the bed?
put your socks on...no. You have gym today, you can not wear your Crocs
it's not that warm yet, you live in Cleveland, you still need a jacket
it's going to be 60 degrees today, you may not wear your tank top to school

but you also know it when....
on Mother's day you get woken up at 6:30 a.m. to "HAPPY MOTHER"S DAY!!!" and open your eyes to the little buggers with big smiles and arms fulls of home made gifts....the best there are. I swear they were as excited about Mother's day as they are about Christmas morning.

or when they crawl into bed with you and cuddle for a while before we all have to get up and get ready for the day

you come home from the hospital and your kids can't stop talking to you or touching you. Even the teenagers. My ds, took his allowance and bought me some Ben and Jerry's ice cream, and my oldest dd picked me a beautiful bouquet and then went out and picked up every, stick, branch, tree she could find and made it into fireplace size wood, so that I could sit outside and have a fire (I am way to tired for that but it was sweet). When she saw that I am supposed to drink a lot of water, she went down in the cellar and found an antique pitcher, washed it out, and filled it with ice water and sliced oranges and put it beside me. my youngest just wants to touch me, talk to me, be in the same room as me. It's really so sweet.

Your youngest child wakes up at five am and stares right at you in your bed until you wake up, giving you a huge feeling that someone is staring at you and then a huge jolt when you DO see someone staring at you! lol

You stay up way too late at night, ironing that uniform, making sure the favorite thermos is clean for tomorrow's lunch, waiting until it's late enough for the tooth fairy to visit, recording the end of the newest Disney movie that went later than their bedtime.
