Anyone have an update on her???
Bumping up - is anyone in touch with her?
doing ok. I had surgery thursday. Not in too much pain. Getting around better than I expected to be. Can't be on here too long. Thanks for all the good thoughts
I'm glad everything went okay.
I'm glad the surgery went well, and you are getting around. Keep us updated!!
So glad to hear you are doing as well as you are. Update us when you can, and take care of YOU!
Hope you are feeling better soon!
Okay now a better update. I had the surgery on Thursday morning. They dug for a vein to put my IV in for over an hour, and I have huge bruises on my arms and hands. Other than that the actual surgery went really well. I got home about 1 Thursday afternoon. I was up and around that evening some. I have been up for most of the other days except maybe a mid afternoon nap after I take my muscle relaxers that knock me out. Things at home seem to be going a lot better than I expected. The girls are really helping me a lot. Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers.
I'm glad you're doing so well! What a relief for you! Keep up the speedy recovery.
Glad you are feeling better.
I'm glad you are doing so well.
Really glad you're doing well. From what you say, it will take you longer to recover than it will take Collette, but it's really good to know that for both of you the results are good. Now, since you said you shouldn't spend much time on the computer for a couple of weeks, I hope you stick to that.
I hope you continue to heal quickly. Like I said to Collette, take things one hour at a time. In my thoughts.
Great news. Continued prayers for an uneventful recovery. Ame
Tara, it's encouraging to hear you are not in much pain. When you are recovered, I REALLY want to hear about your surgery and the recovery, since I need to have it done too. Everyone I know who has had neck surgery has said they didn't have a lot of pain after surgery. Are you wearing the neck collar? Make sure you don't overdo it, and take care of YOU!
