You recommended a product for my granddaughter, a snuggly thing to put over her in the car seat, that has elastic to hold it to the carseat. I don't have the information any more, and need it for a co-worker who is due in November. I already sent her the information about the Graco carseats that you sent me. And, of course, if you have updated information about the best infant/baby carseat - one that can be detached and used in a stroller, etc. - please add that in.

An acceptable infant seat cover stretches over the top of the car seat and doesn't interfere with the proper fit or function of the car seat or harness. Something like this:
Over the Top Carrier Cover

Not anything that comes between the baby and the car seat or harness. Also no buntings or bulky snow suits, etc..
