Talking about adoption made me think about you. Did you finally get to finalize your little DD's adoption? Sometimes I miss things on the board here, and it dawned on me that I never heard how it went. I hope all is well.

Hi I haven't been on much lately but I'm glad I saw this. We are all doing well - keeping busy.

No, I have no productive news about the adoption. It's still all being battled out in court. It's been held up in the court system since Oct. 2006 - scheduling a hearing - rescheduling - scheduling issues - waiting for long periods of time for a decision - etc.....

We've been living in limbo for so long. Little DD just turned 3 this month. To us, we cannot imagine life without her and to be honest, I've battled with depression because of all this. I feel like I have aged 10 years. But I am also thankful for every day she is with us and there IS hope! Thanks for asking. I'll post a few pics in the Photo section.
