Moms View Message Board: General Discussion: Archive April 2008: IPOD Nano help
My 15 year old just bought an IPOD Nano, and we can't figure out how to load it. With out other MP3 players, we just open media player and click on the sync button. It's not showing that the Nano is connected, even though it says it is on the screen.
You have to use iTunes. it is a free download from apple.com
